Phone or email to check availability. Because of limitations with internet connections in Martindale please telephone for a quick reply. Email will be answered but more slowly. A deposit of half the rental will confirm your reservation. The balance is due four weeks before the tenancy begins (we do not send reminders). Directions and key instructions will then be sent to you.

Terms and conditions
- In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be returned unless the property can be re-let.Visitors should arrive after 4.00 p.m. at the beginning of their holiday and leave by 12.00 noon on departure. Tenancies normally run from Saturday to Saturday.
- Electricity is payable in addition to the accommodation fee. We ask you to read the meters on arrival and departure, record your readings and calculate per unit. (Major appliances are all on off-peak economy rate.)
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the buildings.
- Pets are allowed but there must be discussion first, since this is sheep country and dogs have to be well controlled.
- We expect you to leave the house clean and tidy, as you would wish to find it. Any faults or damage, from your own or the previous tenancy, must be reported immediately so that we can take action to put things right.
